ACoS IQ (acosiq.com) is operated by Lachlan Coleman-Barrett. This page explains what information the site collects and how it's used. Short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't run trackers, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Email address — if you subscribe to the newsletter or contact us by email.
Booking details — if you book a free PPC audit, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects your name, email, and any details you provide. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that data.
Basic technical logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries and deliver the free PPC audit you requested.
To send the newsletter you subscribed to. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can opt out at any time by replying or emailing us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it's processed
This site is hosted on Vercel, with DNS and email routing by Cloudflare. Newsletter signups are delivered to us via a private notification channel. Scheduling runs on Calendly. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and safeguards.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party services (such as the Calendly booking widget on the /book page) may set their own cookies when you use them.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll action it promptly.
