Flat fees. Published. No cut of your ad spend.
Amazon PPC management priced by the size of the account, not by how much of your budget I can get you to spend. The free audit comes first, so you see the work before you pay for it.
Launch
$750
USD per month
US$1,000–$5,000 / month ad spend
Enough spend to read the data properly, small enough that every wasted click hurts.
Growth
$1,500
USD per month
US$5,000–$20,000 / month ad spend
Where a flat fee starts beating every percentage-of-spend model on the market.
Scale
from $2,500
USD per month
US$20,000+ / month ad spend
Quoted after the audit, because catalogue size and marketplaces change the work.

- Weekly search-term review: harvesting winners into exact, negatives on the waste
- Target ACoS set from your margins, not a universal number
- Monthly report and a call with the person doing the work
- The same method that's published in full on the method page
Not included: DSP. Listing optimization and the Amazon SEO service are quoted separately.
The terms
- ·Flat monthly fee in USD. Australian clients are billed the AUD equivalent.
- ·No percentage of ad spend. Your fee doesn't rise because your budget does.
- ·No setup fee.
- ·Three-month first term, then month to month. The first months are the restructure and the learning phase, and judging an account earlier than that is judging noise.
- ·Minimum ad spend US$1,000 a month. Below that, software or running it yourself is the honest answer.
How this compares
Most Amazon PPC agencies charge 10–20% of your monthly ad spend, usually with a minimum fee, or a flat retainer from around US$1,500. The full breakdown of the four pricing models, with sources, is in what an Amazon PPC agency should cost in 2026.

Why a flat fee instead of a percentage of ad spend?
A percentage of spend pays the agency more when you spend more, whether or not the extra spend is profitable. A flat fee takes that incentive away. It also works out cheaper once spend passes roughly US$10,000 a month: at US$20,000 of spend, a 15% fee is US$3,000, twice the Growth fee.
What isn't included?
DSP, which I don't do at all. Listing optimization and Amazon SEO are quoted separately, because they are different work, though they share the same keyword map as the ads.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Three months to start, then month to month. That first term covers the restructure and enough data to make decisions on. After that you can leave with 30 days' notice, and your ad account and its history stay yours.
Do you publish discounts?
No. The prices on this page are the prices. The free audit comes first either way, so you know what the work is before you pay for any of it.
