2. The website

Content on this site — guides, calculators, and case studies — is provided for general information. It is not financial, legal, or investment advice. Calculators produce estimates from the numbers you enter; verify results against your own account data before acting on them.

We work to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty that everything is complete, correct, or up to date, and we may change or remove content at any time.

3. The free audit

The free PPC audit is a genuine review with no obligation. It does not create a client relationship, and any recommendations in it are implemented at your own discretion and risk.

4. Services

Paid PPC management services are scoped and agreed individually in writing (proposal, agreement, or email confirmation). Those terms govern any engagement; this page governs use of the website only.

Amazon advertising results depend on many factors outside any manager's control — marketplace competition, pricing, inventory, listing quality, and Amazon's own systems. Case studies and statistics on this site describe real past accounts and are not a guarantee of future performance for your account.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at abusive volumes, no attempting to breach security, no using the contact or subscription forms to send spam.

6. Intellectual property

Site content (text, design, graphics) belongs to ACoS IQ unless otherwise noted. Client logos and testimonials are used with permission and belong to their owners. You may link to and quote reasonable excerpts of the content with attribution; republishing whole pages requires permission.
